The challenge

Agentic development moves faster than human project management can track. Scope is fuzzy, estimates are in human-days, review is a bottleneck — and proprietary code can never leave your environment.

What we built

A GitHub-native platform: an 85% clarity gate before any task is assignable, auto-generated flowcharts and test plans, agentic-time estimates, per-environment repo context (prod/staging/dev), passive time-tracking from Git activity, and an automatic 12-stage PR review that runs tests in a sandbox — with code never downloadable from the tool.

The outcome

Tasks go from one line to a reviewed PR with minimal human overhead. Humans are flagged only when judgment is genuinely needed.
